This registration session will allow you to electronically sign consents, complete contact information and submit payment.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. Offline payment options are also available – further offline payment details are outlined on the receipt page.

PLEASE ENTER THE NAME EXACTLY HOW IT READS ON YOUR PLAYERS BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023-2024 Season.

• Step 1:  CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
• Step 2:  Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.

Early Registration Discount!  August 1 to August 31, 2023.

Register online with Austin Youth Hockey by August 31st at 11:59PM CT and receive a $25 discount off of your AYH registration fees. The discount is currently reflected in the price online. You may choose to pay online upon registration, or pay offline at equipment and raffle ticket pickup.  Note that this only applies to AYH registration fee, and not fundraising fees or USA Hockey registration fees.

• PAY ONLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees online today upon conclusion of this registration session via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account. (Please note, there will be a service charge for this service: 3.50% + $2.00 processing fee added to your transaction.)
• PAYMENT PLAN:  Fees are divided into 3 installments with the first installment to be collected upon conclusion of in-person registration session via Check, Cash, Visa, MasterCard or Discover account. Remaining balance will be automatically debited from the SAME ACCOUNT on  December 1st and February 1st. 
  • If you wish to use a different account to pay the balance, please log in to your Sport Ngin account BEFORE the first day of payment to update your account information.
  • Buyouts and Equipment Rental fees must be paid in full.
  • There will be a 3.50% + $2.00 processing fee added to your transaction.
• PAY OFFLINE IN FULL: Submit total fees upon conclusion of registration session offline via check. Please make checks payable to Austin Youth Hockey Association and bring to equipment fitting/raffle ticket pickup date.

If you are registering more than one player in your family this season, you will receive a $25 registration fee discount on each additional registered child not to exceed $100. 

This year we are also offering a family discount on raffle ticket fundraising requirements. The requirements are as follows: 

In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players at this time.  On the Review Page, there is a link near the bottom to "Register Another Player" -- please click on this link to ensure that all of your family's players are registered within the same order.

Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.

Every Austin Youth Hockey member family must complete the concession agreement.  Please read the agreement carefully, and note that a $200 security deposit check will be required at raffle ticket distribution.
